South Portland Plumbing Help is a referral service run by CleverCraft, LLC. This policy says what data we collect, why we collect it and who gets it.

What we collect

Form data. When you send a request, we store your name, phone number, ZIP code, what you need, how urgent it is and your note.

Call recordings. Calls to this site are recorded. We store the recording, the number you called from and the time of the call.

Transcripts. We make a written transcript of each recorded call. We use it to understand your request.

Consent records. When you send a request, we store the consent text you agreed to, its version, the time, your IP address and the page you used.

Why we collect it

We use your data to call you back about your request and to give you the names of local companies. We use it to keep a record of your consent. We do not sell your data.

Who gets your data

No company that does the work gets your details. We give you the names and phone numbers of local companies, and you decide if you call them.

If you say yes when we ask, we play the recording of your first call to local companies.

Companies that process your data for us

Other companies process your data for us, to run this site. They do these jobs: call handling, call transcription, email, website hosting and the spam check on the request form.

Tracking and Do Not Track

This site shows no ads and loads no analytics. We do not track you across other websites. The request form loads Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person sends the form. Because we do not track you across websites, the site works the same way when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
